Who We Are

Meyaweh Care Foundation is a Ghana-based nonprofit organization committed to improving the wellbeing of the aged and communities through practical support, compassionate, and community-driven solutions. We focus on addressing immediate needs while building pathways toward long-term empowerment—ensuring that the support we provide today leads to lasting impact tomorrow.

What We Do

Our current focus is providing compassionate and consistent support to older adults through practical assistance, essential needs, meal support, and regular check-ins. As we grow, we will develop additional programs that respond to the needs of individuals and communities, providing reliable support where it can make a meaningful difference.

Our Approach

We believe meaningful change begins with understanding people’s needs and responding with compassion, consistency, and support. We take a gradual and thoughtful approach to our work, starting where we can make a meaningful difference and growing as our resources, partnerships, and capacity increase.

Rather than trying to do everything at once, we focus on providing  support to individuals and communities who need it, while building sustainable programs that can grow over time.

Through compassion, responsible action, and collaboration with donors, partners, volunteers, and communities, we aim to create lasting impact—one person, one family, and one community at a time.
